Thank you for visiting! I have moved to a new website. Head over to Vanessa Alviarez to explore my updated portfolio, latest research, and more.
Welcome to my webpage! I am a senior economist at the Research Department of the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB). I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2014. In my research, I look at how multinational's location and sourcing decisions affect employment, trade patterns, and firm's performance. I also study how firm's foreign network of suppliers and buyers can affect markups and prices. Curriculum Vitae, updated 04/2023 (Download CV) Google Scholar Page |
